Try out the Clinique "All About Eyes Concealer" I have been using this for years! I tried other concealers, but I always end up going for this one. I personally struggle with dark circles and it does the job.

Use a eye roller ball to get rid of puffiness if you have it! My favorite liquid concealer wand is the Nyx HD concealer. I find liquid is the best concealer for undereyes. Try out and find a product called an under eye brightener. Apply it just like you would concealer, just use it very sparingly! I like to put it over concealer, unless its a concealer/highlighter in one like the Neutrogena Under Eye Brightener.

I find goes dark circles that solid sticks last long and offer more coverage but they also involve a more complete makeup routine so I would suggest getting one of those concealer pens with a brush tip that has a little yellowish brightening sheen to it .
When you apply don't rub the concealer in too much that just blends the liquid deep into your skin and pores and really reduces the coverage you get . Pat the concealer with your finger tips blend only along the edges near your cheeks into the rest of your makeup then set set set with a loose (impt it's loose if you have pressed just scrape a little off the top to make it loose )
