My challenge was to create a dramatic look using only one eye pencil of my choice so I attempted a glitter smokey eye using my very sexy khol liner in blacklight.

Yup :) I used my bare escentuals precision eyeshadow brush. this challenge was actually super beneficial for me. its actually way easier for me to create a smokey look with a pencil!
