Try a hair mask :) I like Macadamia Deep Repair Masque and the L'oreal Power Moisture Mask, both are great. First thing in the shower, wash your hair like normal and then apply the mask, combing it through completely. Then put your hair in a bun, and rinse it out at the very end of your shower. That should help :) also make sure you trim your ends if they're dead, that can be a contributing factor. Aside from that, try not to heat style at all, but if you must, use a heat protector. I like It's a 10 Plus Keratin, and Tressemme Thermal Creations.

My hair used to be pretty dry too until I started co-washing, it isn't everyone's cup of tea but it worked for me. I also like to mix conditioner and water in a spray bottle and use it on my ends in between washes before I braid my hair and go to bed.
