My brows are quite thick and dark, what should I do with them? I've tried filling them in with pencil before, but it just looked fake and too dark. Any ideas?

You say they are thick & dark. That's a good start. This tip will help whether your brows have been shaped or not. Use a brow pencil to LIGHTLY rim the edge of the bottom of your brows only. It will give them a bit of strength & definition without looking harsh. If you have any strays below that line. Start tweezing!

If you need more than a little tweezing to get the shape you want, I would go to a professional.
