I know you've probably heard this thousands of times but I really wouldn't recomend a sunbed, based on the fact that my friends had an increase in moles around the chest area and arms, sorry not quite the answer you were looking for!

No you won't get results from the first time, but don't be tempted to stay on longer because you will just burn your skin. The first couple of times just helps your skin adjust to the UV and you should start seeing results after maybe 5 uses. Make sure you leave a day or two between uses to let your skin heal. You can buy tan accelerators for faster and darker results.

No t will take a while to get results, but it also depends on the person. It takes my tan forever to come around lol but I'm fair skinned.

You may little results but no enough to be like "woah I'm tan" lol plus it depends on your skin. Some people tab easier than others.

Like Tilly said, a good tan accelerator is Elemis, it comes in a golden-brown bottle and smells like heaven. You'll need to apply it about two weeks everyday before you go so the melanin can get closer to the top layer of skin (therefore making you tan better).
However, if I were you I'd avoid using tanning beds completely (they'll wreck your skin completely when you're older and you'll end up looking like a leather handbag) and stick to self tanners/spray tans

I read that one session of tanning increases your chances of getting skin cancer by 50%. Just do a spray tan from a salon. Like a personal one not mystic haha
