Did you shake the top coat bottle? polishes should be rolled between your hands also if you had a fan on it might've caused the bubbles...

Air bubbles are caused by the thickness of the layers of polish. You have to let each layer dry before you add a new one, which is probably why your topcoat bubbled. It can also have to do with the heat, as heat makes nail polish do weird things...but mostly it means that you used layers of polish that were too thick without letting the previous layers dry :)

Oh wait, I'd also say that lightly going over your nails with polish remover, just so you remove the topcoat but not any of the color, and then carefully reapply a thin coat of the topcoat :)

It could be because the nailpolish is too thick! I know this is common with the OPI topcoat since its so thick. It still looks amazing though! Xo.
