I'd do a sixties inspired smokey cateye and glossy nude lips & wine colored blush. That's just what I'd personally do.

Since your going to be eating I would use like a balm stain. This one is really cheap it's Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stain in the color Honey. This color would go great. Its sort of in the nude range but with more of a rose color in it.

Winged gel eyeliner and a candy pink pout, think 60's make-up :) (article in Glamour UK this month on 60's make up if you want more tips/tricks) it's very in this month and would go beautifully with that outfit.
