The first 4 times that I got my eyebrows threaded, it was extremely painful. So, I just started getting them waxed.
My cousin has been getting her eyebrows threaded for about 3 years now (maybe more) and her face still swells up around her eyebrows afterwards.
It shouldn't hurt after about an hour or two though. Maybe put some ice on it :)

It brought tears to my eyes too the first! so painful! but I prefer threading because I feel it looks very neat, and after I wax my eyebrows my eyes always look droopy for some reason.

Why don't you try plucking them with a tweezer when they begin growing out. You can control your speed and it is less painful. Way better than getting them threaded in one go!

I didn't even want them to do the second brow. I didn't like it at all way too painful, for like no reason. I don't feel anything when I wax..

Just get then waxed, it's faster and doesn't hurt as much, also over long periods of time in decreases the amount of hair that comes out.

I'd say try a different place cuz it dosent hurt I think it deppends on the person I have gone to many ladies and with some it has hurt and with some it hasnt it depends on who does them.
