I was a redhead last year, my makeup did change a bit! I use a lot of pinkish and silver/grey colors when I am blond and I didn't think they fit my red hair! But that was all :)

When I dyed my hair an auburn colour the only thing I found is that bright pinks either in blush or lipstick tended to clash! So I just stuck to nude and red lipstick and pale pink blushes :)

I'm not a read head but I think I can help. I think your makeup might have to change a little because some bolder colors might not look good with an intense color. But I guess you have to just try. Some colors I would recommend you stay away from are super bright pinks, bright purple, blue, and orange. But that's just my opinion. Hope I help 😊

Depending on your eye color it can be hard. I have blue eye and I pretty much do all natural colors and some light pinks. Anything else makes me look like a clown.
I am a natural red head ^_^

Although some colors might cash slighty you can't let that hinder you from wearing them. I'm a redhead and if I see a color that clashes with my hair but I still like, I find small detailed ways to wear it. whether it be putting it in the outer corner of my eye or lining underneath my lashes with it. you can even use them to create ombre effects with colors that you know go well with your haircolor.

I'm red and look BAD in pink lips. They almost never get worn. Blues and greens are reallllly hard to make look good on my eyes since my eyebrows are red too lol. I don't wear blue or green clothing anymore either. I'm not a natural red head tho, my hair is a really bright unnatural looking red.

The only problem I ever have with red is green eyeshadow. It makes me feel like an Xmas elf. I never had a problem with pink lips with red hair but I tend to wear cool toned reds.

I have bright red hair and I wear it all. I pretty much wear beight pink lips ever day..Anarchy from Urban decay is my go to. Plums, Pinks, Reds, it all goes on my lips. same as eyeshadow. I mostly do neutral eyes...naked and naked 3 are my most used but every so often I do color...Purple, dark Green, blue, I don't care, I wear it. and it looks awesome.

My hair was really red in the summer like the 2nd pic Lisa M. posted. And my makeup didn't even change, make sure you do you eyebrows though because I feel like that is really obvious, but I don't know I usually just wear lots of browns, greys, purples, nothing really crazy, but I think it pretty much goes with anything besides lime green. I loved my red hair but it is very hard to keep because it fades super fast, so I recommend using nexxus color shampoo and conditioner and only washing hair in cold water! Don't use even just a little bit warm or it fades faster. And I also agree with Nicola D. on the pinks but it really just depends, because sometimes it works and sometimes not, but I love the red hair it really stands out

Personally if my hair is a bright/drastic color in general I tend to tone down and use more neutrals with just hints or flecks of color. Otherwise you tend to look like a rodeo clown. That's just my opinion though.

I think you will be surprised to find you won't have to change up your makeup much/ if at all. You will probably enjoy trying some new colors though- copper colors look gorgeous on reds!
