Thinning hair treatments or cures?

Hey guys!
I was just wandering, is there any treatments or cures that I could try for thinning hair? I'm already on thinning hair shampoos and hair/nail/skin liquid.
I'm just really worried about it, I don't want to grow bald! 😱😱
Any ideas would be great lovely's! 💕

A lot of people take biotin capsules but I'm not sure how good for you they are. You could probably do a little research!
