Say if you brought a foundation you use it and it broke you out for instance or it was the wrong shade? could you return it? Thank you! I know you can get samples but if you would rather just pick some up when you in a hurry?

You can! :) I think it has to be before 10 days though. Just go in there with your receipt & they won't complain or anything :)
