The color of your concealer may be way too light. You should also use a orangey-salmon color corrector to hide any darkness before you apply your concealer.

I think your referring to concealer under the eye.Yes it could be to light or your not blending it and setting with a powder.

The undertone of the concealer may not be right for your skin tone, that causes a ghostly shadow on the skin.
