What are the ingredients on it?

It has some ingredients that are comedogenic ( For instance Olive Oil is highly comedogenic, almond oil as well ), and ingredients that are non comedogenic completely ( Sodium PCA is non-comedogenic. ). What throws me off the most is the fragrance, although it's listed last ( Ingredients listed first are usually what's mostly in it ) which may not be too good depending on how sensitive your skin is. It may make sensitive skin sting, and you should definitely moisturize straight after it. Overall... if your skin is very sensitive I would be careful on not over doing it. I would use it as instructed, maybe a little less. If your skin can handle it, go for it. But it does have alcohols in it, and alcohol usually will cause redness as well. So if you do planning on using it consistently for awhile you want to make sure that you do something to counteract redness ( Aloe Vera, Oatmeal. ) I am pretty sure that it will do whatever it's meant to do, just don't over do it if your skin type is picky on products.
