I went through a whole tube of BB cream and I noticed that it helped my skin be less oily!! I switched to Rimmel shine control, which actually made my skin more oily. Based off those experiences, what do you think would be a good foundation (liquid or powder or both) that would help me stay matte all day?

If you're looking for more of a drugstore foundation, I recommend Rimmel match perfection!! To mattify your face after using any foundation, I would dab on pressed powder on the shiny areas. Don't worry-- it won't make you look cakey. If you're willing to spend the extra buck though, translucent powders work wonders. Also, if you wanted a more high-end foundation, the NAKED foundation by urban decay is amazing!
