I'm looking for an eye primer that will work amazingly but won't cost me a lot of money.
I was looking at MACs paint pot. I saw many reviews on it saying it was good as a primer.
Any good suggestions?

Personally I don't like the paint pots because they don't dry clear. Urban Decay, Too Faced, Sephora, Nyx...all of them do clear-dry primers which I prefer. Nyx is cheap, as well.

ELF, Rimmel, and Smashbox have really good eyelid primers. I've used all 3 and highly recommend them. I've also heard good things about Urban Decay's primer too.

Urban decay...I've used it for years. it seems expensive but a tube will last a solid 9 months. You don't need a lot...just a dot on each lid. It's never let me down.

I like loreal color tattoo cream shadows in the jars. I use them all the time.
