Is there any nail growth treat meant you can recommend either a polish formula or a supplement to take such as biotin? I was a nail biter for 14 and stopped two years ago. My nails grow but the just break they are so brittle unless I have opi nail envy on them constantly (which is near impossible it is such a thin formula that it just chips and then my nails break again!) I also use opi avoplex oil which I think helps to keep then hydrated. Any ideas or tips would be great thank you! These are my Nails now very short as you can see.

Sally Hansen hard as nails and odorless garlic pills. 2 a day.

I use the no odor garlic nail polish put it on and reapplyit for 2 weeks and also you can use Sally Hansen nail harder.

Thanks I tried Sally Hansen hard as nails and found it didn't really work. I have never really seen garlic hardener being sold I no you can make your own but it has to infuse of a couple of weeks

I use OPI Nail Envy for Sensitive and Peeling nails. Its worked so well the last 15 days. Its definitely worth the money and can be found at Sally Beauty Supply (:
