I'd say it depends on what you'd use most :) Smoked is versatile, but slightly better for dark makeup, Shattered is great because it's more on the neutral side and includes blushes/lipstick as well, the Book of Shadows is just all around fantastic, extremely versatile and you can create a million different looks with it. So it all comes down to which colors appeal to you most.

Lol well I have the original Book of Shadows IV, and the Shattered Face Case. Trust me I'm a hoarder too haha but I actually like the Book of Shadows better, much greater color selection and versatility, I can make some pretty amazing looks with just that palette. I'd go with the Book of Shadows, it's really lovely (even if the colors will be slightly different on the new one).

Shattered face case! I just bought it recently and love it. Such a nice selection of eyeshadows and theirs are my favorite. Also it comes w a jumbo lip pencil and black eyeliner :)

So, Shattered is limited edition, and on sale, which means it won't be available for long.
The only book of shadows out is a redux, so it's similar to #4 but with different shades. If you have the original I'd skip it.
If you mean Vice 2, I'd highly suggest that one as it's a good mix of brights and neutrals, and it's limited edition and will vanish soon.
Smoked is permanent, so it's going to be around if there's another you like better. So my priority list would be
1. Vice 2
2. Shattered
3. Book of shadows
4.  Smoked

I agree with StacyAnn. I'd get something limited edition before its gone forever. But if you're interested, UD has recently had their feminine, dangerous and fun palettes on sale for about half price ($16) It is the old formula but I still love it. I got Fun for Christmas and it's still a great palette. If they still have those you could look at them and see if any catch your eye :) I also love their ammo palette. I still have the old one but they redid it with the new formula. It's one of my most used palettes from them.
