I might wear this to school tomorrow depending on what you guys think! I am wearing a peter pan collar necklace, a long sleeve black shirt over a blue and black floral dress, with black tights and combat boots! also what should I for makeup and hair?

I love it! Very perfect for the New Year ;)

For hair I'm honestly not that sure :? Maybe curls or a cute sockbun! I wouldn't go to crazy with the hair or makeup since your outfit has enough bling!

For makeup I would do eyeliner, mascara and gloss ;)
