I agree with Isabel, I literally have to apply every 10 mins to keep my lips moisturized. They just feel like wax on my lips.

0% effective. Didn't help me at all. I also have a problem with super sheer chapsticks instead of lipsticks for looks. They don't give the same effect. They're sheer. Any color will go with any eye makeup, because they aren't pigmented. Utter crap, anyway.

I find them very moisturizing if you generally don't have dry lips. They work great for me, but like I said, I don't usually have dry lips. The times I do, I use this and it helps a lot. Eos balms are like wax and don't really help.
