Yes there is no problem with that just don't tug on your eyes so much.

Hi Bryanna!
Of course you can blend with your fingers. I normally do this with blending out my concealer. It really works with concealer as I find my fingers warm up the product allowing it to spread and blend more easily.
Like the Beautiful Regina said, just ensure you don't tug on your eyes if you are applying concealer or foundation around the eye area. Another tip I strongly advise is ensure your hands are 100% clean before blending with your fingers.
