Hand creams? My hands are so dry that they have cuts. They look like and old ladies hands they are so dry. Any help?

Rice water :) half fill a cup with uncooked rice, then fill with water so it's just covering rice, sieve out rice and soak hands in water for 10-15min :) the starch in the water will result in super soft and moisturised hands!
