What is the best mascara for top & bottom lashes? I've tried a few but they jus haven't given me the effect I'm looking for.. HELP?

Well I love Falsies and one by one by Maybelline. I think you can't go wrong with Maybelline.

Rimmel London scandle eyes is amazing for top lashes as the wand is so thick but before that I like to do 2 coats of a mascara I got free with a brush set I bought from ebay ( beauty factory) I love it the mascara and wand is amazing and I got it cheap for £10 I don't know what that would be in your country! I only use the beauty's factory mascara on my bottom lashes and it gives the eyes a natural Long thick lash look without looking too much.

Loreal voluminous carbon black and their telescopic is awesome too. For higher end I would recommend eyeko and Dior blackout I think it's called.

I'm really loving wet n wilds megalength mascara, the waterproof one! It's sooo inexpensive and doesn't make your lashes clumpy! The bristles are short and synthetic and are PERFECT for the lower lashes! Definitely recommend!!
