Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me find ideas for winter formal dresses (preferably short/above knee)? I'm blonde, 5'4 and quite skinny. Thanks! Also would this dress be ok or is it too casual?

Personally I wouldn't wear a necklace because of the shaping of the dress... But wear a bracelet and earrings in silver and wear red heels
