Use brow powder for the inner brow, and lightly pencil the middle and outter part of the brow. That's what I do :)

I find using brow powders over pencil works great for a more natural look, of course with a light hand! And cleaning up your brow with concealer also adds a certain I don't know umph that makes it look that much better!
