At doing eye makeup 😕 how can I get better? What essential eye brushes do I need? What palettes for beginners are good? What eye primers will help me achieve subtle looks? Nothing to crazy girls, just mauves or nudes and browns and golds shall be good! ☺️

I'm always trying to get better as well, I am by no means great at makeup application, but I do have some recommendations that have really helped me out.
As far as eye brushes go, fluffy blending brushes make all the difference. I always had different sized shadow brushes for application to the eyelids and crease brushes, but fluffy blending brushes made a world of difference with looks I would do.
As far as palettes go as a cheap option I would recommend a bh Cosmetics palette($8-16) and as a more expensive option I would choose the Lorac Pro Palette($42). bh Cosmetics has a variety of affordable palettes in different color schemes (or large 120 palettes with many colors), the quality and color payoff are wonderful in my opinion, and they are very user friendly. The Lorac Pro Palette was my first palette purchase when I was trying to get back into using eyeshadow. It has a mixture of matte and shimmer eyeshadows, beauty quality and color payoff, and extremely easy to blend and work with.
For primer, I use Urban Decay's primer potion, it is kinda pricey at $20 a tube, but a little goes a long way and I have had the same tube for ages, so I can't say that its a bad investment at all! I'm not very well versed in eye primers, but I'm sure some ladies on here may have some other suggestions for you if you wanted a cheaper option as well.

Start out with elf products to build your techniques and discerning eye. it will help you understand what you want and need out of your makeup. elf is dirt cheap so you won't burn a hole in your wallet while learning.
