Waterline eyeliner help?

I am looking for an eyeliner to line my waterline that will stay put. I've tried a lot of liners including urban decay but on my waterline it always fades off and I end up with gook in the corner of my eye and lookin a hot mess.

I like rimmel waterproof eyeliner and I have been using the navy blue lasts a long time too.

@Nadine, is Rimmel's a completely no budge eyeliner?

I have worn it for almost 2 years and it's great and pigment is good too. Besides that I also use sonia kaushik eyeliner in black it's not waterproof but stays long
