This may be a silly question, but how do you know what color to fill in your brows?

For a natural look, I try to go a shade or two lighter than my hair color. For evenings, I match my hair color. I use the Anastasia brow powder and it comes with two colors :)

From what I've heard, for lighter hair go a shade or two darker & for dark hair go a shade or two lighter.
