Wtf Ulta!? Sent an empty box...

A few days ago I ordered Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara from Ulta's website and it just came in the mail.

I open the box AND IT's EMPTY. Nothing inside.

I'm so dumbfounded right now. What if they don't believe me when I ask for another to be shipped out? :/

It's not under the paper or anything? Holy goodness, that's weird. Call and say you got an empty box, as soon as you can. I don't see why they would think you're lying, who needs 2 of the exact same mascara? Just calmly explain what happened, and if nothing else make sure they refund you if you're not going to get a new one.

I just wrote customer service about it. I'm sure it'll work out fine too. I was just initially so shocked. It was so odd. :b.

Maybe one of the ups employes stole what was inside that happen to me once but with usps.

I work for ulta and I'm so sorry on their behalf. bring all your information and the packaging to the nearest ulta and we will be more than happy to help you lovely. if not possible call the hot line. don't wait on it. do it now. we are big on customer service.
