After you workout make sure to take off the clothes you worked out in. I would recommend tanning too that is honestly what cleared most of my back acne up weirdly enough.

After you shampoo/condition your hair in the shower make sure you rinse your back off really good so there's no leftover shampoo/conditioner left on your back. Neutrogena also has a salicylic acid body wash you could use on your back.

The Body Shop has a Tea Tree Body Wash for acne. I use the one for the face and it has helped a lot with breakouts I get. You could look into that. It's really gentle, at least for me. As with all things, you will need to see if it's right for you. What may work for one, may not work for another. Also, I have used the Neutrogena acne body wash and it works really well! To be honest though, I preferred the scrub over the wash. I felt like it helped better than just the wash since it helped gently exfoliate the area of any dead skin cells that could clog pores and lead to more breakouts.
Hope this helps!

Also, avoid synthetic fabrics. Were fabrics that breath. Change sheets weekly. Acne is a bacteria, that spreads. Waah and condition hair first, as mentioned above... then wash body, then face.
