If your cream contouring and highlighting, usually before foundation. But if your using powder products to contour and highlight than after. I usually do a bit of both, I contour with my two foundations, and then if I feel like I want it more noticeable, I apply powder contouring and highlighting.

The pic you posted is on where to highlight your face...on whether to do it before or after foundation I guess it would be what you prefer and what looks good on you...I do mine after foundation whether its powder or liquid...I feel especially when you are doing liquid products that on myself it looks better and blends better after foundation...I have tried before and feel the product just moves around or gets slightly blended away when you put your foundation on over it.

I guess its personal preference. I do mine after because I don't want my foundation & concealer to diminish my highlighting.

I have been trying to decide this myself. For everday look I do before foundation and for nights out I do after for more glam. But doing it before foundation does wash out the color. Havent figured out how to fix that yet.
