I'm sure it would work but the color might not be as bright as it is in the picture it would probably be a really dark purple but I'm not for sure.

It may work, but it won't be very bright. Over all, you would probly have a purple tint in the sun, but I think that'd be cute <3.

I've used splat without the bleach (the pink one) but my hair was already blonde

And it worked, but it faded faster then other brands I've used.

Well this brand will not make your hair deep it will make it bright I used the exact same color and brand to dip dye my hair and it came out very very bright. So go with a different brand. I would recommend manic panic.

Splat doesn't last long so I would suggest a better dye like manic panic because its probably better :)
