INGLOT hands down! I can sleep and wake up and it's still on like glue. The #77 liner is pitch black and life proof.

Stila smudge sticks are amazing you can smudge them out and they are extremely smooth and creamy but once it sets it doesn't budge.

For liquid, definitely Kat Von D. I'm terribly at liquid eyeliner but it made it so easy it looked like a pro.
