What gauge are they stretched to? If they're relatively small they will close on their own, but bigger ones could have to be sewn back.

I don't remember how big that size is. I've heard about massaging your ears with oil until they close so they don't look like cat butts. Of course they will never shrink back to a standard 20g but with the proper care and time, they will close enough.

You would have to talk to a doctor or professional piercer. I don't think ears stretched that far would be able to bounce back without some help.

I think you're going to have to have them stitched up by a dr.

That's the size I'm at :) someone on here, possibly Shaye, had her's gauged bigger & they're close to normal now. I'd ask her :)

If it's small enough, your ears will close on their own. however if you've stretched them too far you'll have to get them surgically closed.

Everyone has different skin. they could heal and they could not. either way. just drink plenty of water. mine were that big and they're closed now :)

Hey girl! How I'd go about shrinking them is downsizing gradually, go down a couple sizes and wait then do it again. My ears were at 22mm and I can wear earrings again after taking them out. I took mine out at once and let them shrink as much as they would by themselves, they shrunk back to about 8mm, upsizing a size after theyve shrunk as much as they can will help them shrink also but my ears were pretty stretched and now they're normal :) sorry if its all jumbled lol can't use my phone keyboard for my life hahah.

Oh! I'll show you how big they were if I can find the picture (they aren't stretched I'd found my plugs and was seeing if I wanted to Re stretch but excuse my no makeup haha) and I can wear earrings now. I couldn't really explain the way I wanted to the other day cause I can't type on my crappy slow Samsung for my life lol but I always take my bf's iphone for beautylish lol! What I was trying to say the other day is that you could do it one of two ways.
1: take them out and leave plugs or tunnels out until they shrink as much as they will by themselves.
2: Same as above only if your ears don't shrink as much as you like, upsize by another size just to get the elasticity in your ears in a state where if you were to take them out it'd help to shrink them too. I hope that makes more sense then the way I wrote it the other day. Also I found that using paw paw ointment helped my ears to not look so "cats butt" like when they'd healed up so massaging them with oils and stuff like that will help also. :)

The very small ones will close on their own... Like the size of your a finger or a little bigger. Anything bigger needs to be surgically closed through either stitches or actual surgery. It's nasty business to close those holes. That's actually why I won't gauge my ears even though I really want to. Not worth the possibility of them needing to surgically close the holes when I don't want them any more.
