Hey Loves!
Lately I have been having many breakouts around my t-zone and they are very big, red and sore! I was wondering if there are any home remedies or products that will keep my face free of pimples.. Anything else that may be causing them please say so, that will then mean I can change what ever the main culprit is!! Thanks:)

I love the clean and clear morning burst face wash. It has a citrus scent that wakes you up, and it also washes you face well and leaves you feeling refreshed. I use that in the morning, and I can't remember what I use at night. Also, I try to keep makeup at a minimum and always wash my face twice a day. Hope I helped💕

I use the biore charcoal cleanser it works really we'll! With any cleanser rinse your face with warm water (opens the pores so product can get in) cleanse and rinse well with cold water ( closes pores so no dirt or oils can get in you pores after washing. Always take your makeup off before going to sleep. You may want to use peel of masks every 1-2 weeks to keep your pores clean. If you have naturally oily skin use a toner or blotting sheets. But when in doubt just get proactive!! I hope you get rid of the face demons❤️

Birth control depends on the person. It gave me bacne & sever blemishes.
Honestly, if you don't want bad skin just don't wear any makeup. I stopped wearing makeup for the summer because I get very tanned so I don't need it but all of my blemishes are gone. Also, I recommend very good products if you want clear skin!

There really isnt a fool-proof method to avoid pimples. I have clear skin but on occassion it will pop up with a visitor or two. To reduce or avoid massive pimples...having a skin care program in line and sticking with it. I follow an intense program along with a pretty strict diet. Milk and excessive sugar consumption is what makes my skin angry so I've limited my sugar intake and avoid dairy period. What you're experiencing sounds like cystic acne. I would keep your skincare very simple till you can get the active acne under control. Murad has a very good acne line. But I would only get the core items and have a gentle cleanser on hand because the Murad line is pretty strong and if you use too much of it you can cause even more problems. The clarifying cleanser is great and should only be used once a day (in rotation with a gentle cleanser), a spot treatment and a sulfur based mask (only to be used once a week). Also moisturizer is important as well so a light one for evening use is good and daytime reach for a spf version. Oh...and a treatment toner (Murad also has one within the acne line). I feel like I left out some important details...

Indoxyl (5% benzoyl peroxide and 1% clindamicine) works wonders, its a bit pricey (30-40$) and I think it needs a prescription but its amazing, totally recommended.
also, birth control pills work too but they take like 1-2 months before you notice any major changes in your skin.

I have tired a lot of products and medications and here is what works for me. Try changing Shampoo because sometimes its a reaction. I love eupora! Also wash your face with plain Dove soap once a day. Be very strict about touching your face.

Yeah clindamycin and differin work well but you need a prescription. Birth control worked for me as well but I wasn't good about taking it.
