Hey guys! so about a week ago I was getting my eyebrows done at ulta by a girl who works for benefit. She leaked me some information. so apparently benefit has been working on an eyeliner for 5 years now that is better than ever. it completely water proof and you can only get it off by using the remover that comes with the kit! how cool??! is this true?

I love it I received a sample! it's dry the first time you apply but after that it's amazing. it's very pigmented which makes it difficult to remove..took me forever to get it off and I still woke up with a little bit of black around my eyes

I came across a bunch of reviews/first impressions of this last night on YT, they're saying it's set for in store release June 27th or 28th. After watching the reviews I have to say I'm not at all impressed :/ Seems like a good/cool concept but the formula needs work.
(I had no intention of buying this, I have a HG eyeliner anyway but stumbled across this and like to keep somewhat up to date on new MU products)
