Should I remove my makeup with a makeup remover wipe before using the mia 2 or will it even matter?

I don't think it will really. but if you have sensitive skin...don't remove makeup because if you remove the makeup before using your mia 2 it will provide for a better clean. but from my own experience, the deep clean is too much. but if you have normal or oily skin it will do better if you remove makeup before use.

I use it everyday and night. I use olive oil on cotton face pads to wipe off my makeup, take my ccethapil cleanser and put it on, then go in my my Clarisonic. Then I rinse and wash again with Cetaphil or noxema only. It's been working well for me.

It is most definitely wiser to remove your make up before using it.
You are using a nylon fiber brush head which needs replacement over time due to the fact that it harbours and grows bacteria. The life span of your brush heads will decrease if you continue to use them to remove your make up.
My cleanser removes all my make up on the first wash, and is advised to use twice if I need to remove make up.

Yes you need to remove your make-up first ,if not your just pushing the dirt and makeup around your face,it's much better to remove the makeup so your clarisonic can actually get into your pores and clean them,the sonic technology flushes your pores out,but all that makeup will be in your brush head if it's not remove

Yes, I wipe my face off before using mine. The Clarisonic does a lot of the work for you but it isn't going to completely remove a whole face of makeup on it's own. It will definitely help get the remains/residue off. Also remember to wash your brush heads a few times a week! It will help reduce bacteria so you keep getting a clean face hehe. I just use antibacterial hand soap and let it dry overnight.

I've been debating getting one. I have a really nice DDF system, but I'm not sure if I'd benefit from a Clarisonic. Breakouts aren't an issue for me. I just get a spot now and again. What are the benefits for more mature skin? Anyone?

@Rozberry
Maybe the foreo luna? It uses transdermal pulsations which help fine lines and wrinkles. I have one and I love it.
