Don't know what to wear for a fancy lunch/brunch!

I beauttiiies from all aroung the world, :)
In July, I have a big day. I'm going to have a lunch/brunch at the Ritz Carlton in Montreal. If you don't know what it's the Ritz Carlon...it's like the fanciest/luxurious restaurant in town.
Need suggestions please.
If it can help: I'm 5'9 with a hourglass body shape.
Help me please! I'm good with make-up but not with clothes.
Sorry for my english...I'm a french canadian.

Are you going out with family? if I am confused I try to find out what my frns are wearing :) just ro make sure I get the vibe right ;)
but as the ladies said, I would go with an elegant summer dressy-dress or a shift dress in some happy shade :)

Yes I will be with family...boyfriend's family. They live in Los Angeles and come in Montreal 3 to 4 times a year.
