I'm looking for ideas on different hair styles that compliment a round face.
I like having my hair up but the only problem is my face, it looks extremely round and very unflattering to me. I also have big cheeks, so that adds to it. Do any of you have cute ideas on how I can do my hair? It doesn't have to be an updo. I will say though that I have very thick hair. I've tried braiding but it comes out looking awkward because the braid is so thick and some updos just don't stay as well. Any suggestions are appreciated though.

Side-swept bangs with facial framing slim the face, and stay there even when you pull the bulk of your hair back :)
