I love it. I have dry, somewhat frizzy hair and I love this stuff. I use it right after I shower and it really helps! Also, after I swim I sometimes don't have time to shower before I go somewhere and so I spray some of this and it really improves the dryness of my hair! You can usually buy a smaller size if you want to try it out to see how it reacts with your hair!
