Fantastic dress! Since it's the beach, I'd do nude, tan or white wedges. Comfy yet dressy and you can slip them off if you need to with ease. Since the beach gets windy, I'd do a soft take on victory rolls to keep hair away from your face and to keep you feeling cool. I'd get some killer sunglasses, slip into some sunscreen and skip the hat. As for jewelry...Some glass, beads...something that feels light and adds rather than detract from the dress would be fantastic.
