I swear by the Laura Mercier secret camouflage duo! it's drier than you'd expect but that's what I love about it, because it won't slip off. You need to warm it up first. Oh and there are quite a few shades so your best bet is to get matched... one of my best spent splurges!

I'd recomend using foundation as a concealer, all you have to do is apply a thin layer of it, let it dry and repeat the procedure for as many times as it takes to cover the under eye circles :) good luck!
