If its dry I'd just throw it out bc believe it or not makeup can expire like food so you don't want to use old makeup on your face..but if you plan to use it I'd do what renay suggested..use it for brow bone and inner corners to highlight certain areas on your eye (:

Depending on how old it is you might want to throw it out. I would use a primer and you can use it as a white base or use it as a highlighter or highlight the inner corners of the eye.

I'd recommend just buying an eyeshadow primer.. You could get the elf one that's only a dollar (: or if you want a high end one you could get UD primer potion which runs about $12 for sample size I believe (don't kill me if I'm wrong)

2nd you trying out the Elf eyelid primer, that's the only primer I use, it's so amazing you wouldn't believe it's a buck :)
