I just tried to use ombré hair dye, it worked but not to the colour I would of liked! My mum is going down to pick a red hair colour up which I'll do ombré with (I'm dyeing it tomorrow and using a deep hair conditioning treatment from Aussie which I'll be leaving in over night) do you think red would look good? My mum thinks it looks nice but I ain't convinced.

I mean I think it could be worse!
Do excuse my bushy hair it's natural!

And before anyone says don't you will damage your hair I have work Sunday and I work in a clothing boutique so image is everything!

You should just go to a professional and never use box colors. But you're going to put color over color which is going to make it more dark and it still needs more feathering out to be an ombré

I don't go to the hair dressers. Haven't been in years I don't trust them and have tried all of them in my local area! And my hair in this picture is pulled to the one side /:

And @elizabeth P I have bleached my hair before when it has been this shade and it never went a reddish colour went a blonde with tints of orange mind you that was 2 years ago!
