Should I wax my eye brows tomorrow? My grad is on Friday and I don't know if I should or not...

No since it can go wrong like your skin can get irritated.

I would have them just clean them up...addressing strays. Have them use an aloe wax and I'd apply aloe afterward. I'd get it done as early in the day as possible so your skin can have time to calm. That's just my opinion though. You should go with your instincts.
