I would curl or wave your hair and I would do a light sparkly shadow with dark brown outer corners and in the crease!

For the makeup, I think you should go with a rose gold, pink, champagne color on the lid and a matte brown in the crease 👌

I always go a little heavier on my mascara, blush & lipgloss when I get my pic taken at the dmv. Those pictures usually wash you out. And don't forget to powder away any shininess. The camera accentuates shine & glare.
