I like ardell brand, they have flexible bands that make application easier. Duo lash glue is my favorite.

Duo lash adhesive is my HG<3 I love the Dark-tone one for actually applying my lashes, and the Clear-white for glitter,rhinestones, and for a backup in my everyday MU bag.

Most ppl recommend the Clear-white formula for beginners stating that it's more forgiving if mistakes are made. Just apply it thinly because if you apply it to heavy it will push past the lash band and dry white instead of clear. (I always go over my lash band anyway, both adhesives dry down to a shine).

I recommend that you buy lashes w/ an Invisiband (The lash band is actually clear/"invisible", more natural looking/less noticeable). Ardell makes some, my top favs are #43's and #WSP's.

Practice in the comfort of your own home until you feel confident going out, watch YT tutorials on the subject, and if you want you can ask me questions on my profile ;) I consider myself a false lash veteran since I've been wearing them everytime I wear MU for the last 13 yrs :)

Ardell Demi whispies are my thaaaaaaang. Wear them heaps and something a little more fancy I wear Velour lashes. And yip duo glue is go to!
