At the beginning of this year I bleached my hair blonde. when I died it back it is all sorts of dead. I have been using it's a 10 with keratin to help it with the dead hair but it just makes it frizzy & I thought it was suppose to help frizz? how does it work?

Keratin is actually in your hair naturally and things that say they have keratin in them really just mean they help rebuild your natural hair structure and smooth it out:)

Doesn't really "fix" anything. Just masks the problem

So why does it make my hair frizzy?

When you process your hair especially bleaching it takes out the melanin (color) in your hair but it also takes out the keratin. Your hair is about 90% keratin and 10% moisture. Coloring, perming and other things can weaken the hair and keratin (protein) products are meant to add more of that protein to strengthen the hair. If your hair is getting dry or brittle then you may have too much protein in the hair
Too much protein in the hair just needs more moisture. Try taking a little break from the keratin or just add a more moisturizing conditioner or deep conditioner. Avoid things with too much silicone. Also try using an oil after your shower to damp hair to seal in moisture
