I'm trying to think of some that where not LE, the urban decay electric and smoked palette are nice, you can also make your own palette urban decay has great quality eyeshadows with some beautiful colors you can buy them single and buy the palette to fill up its more expensive but you get what you want.

The electric palette is my summer staple right now so that's what I suggest. You can blend a super bright color with some neutrals or use them as liners. I've been doing both lately and I love it :)

Sleek acid palette for sure. It's a bit chalkier, but if you're looking for a more affordable alternative to the electric palette, I'd definitely recommend it. :)
