Hey, girls! So, my grandma is taking me to Ulta today for my birthday, and I have NO IDEA what kind of stuff to get. I'm not really familiar with higher-end type things, but are there any high-end things that are absolutely amazing that you recommend? Thanks a bunch, loves! :)

I'd say take a look at Tarte cosmetics, they're one of my favorite higher end brands:)
