I think she means how should she store her lipsticks so they don't melt and not how to keep make up on the skin.

Fridge is the only true lifesaver unless you want to use a Igloo cooler but then that is a mess because you either have to put in ice or those plastic ice blocks. Its been high temps and humidty where I'm at in FL and I just stopped carrying lipstick...instead I just use OCC Liptars or Becca Lip/Cheek stains in place of lipstick.
